My biggest fictional crush this year was more on the friendship in Truthwitch than the actual people. Serious friendship goals!

I'm going to go with SJM, Empire of Storms. Sea Monsters and serious ass kicking!

This has to be a toss up between Giant Days and Lumberjanes. These two comics never disappoint.

I think rereading the Harry Potter series was seriously the "hidden gem". It was so great getting to reread that childhood series.

1. New favorite book blog you discovered in 2016?

I'm forever behind on blogs, unfortunately.


2. Favorite review that you wrote in 2016?

I wrote a solo review on The Lunar Chronicles series.

3. Best discussion/non-review post you had on your blog?

I think we had a pretty great discussion about the results of the election that I'm pretty proud of.  Heather was the sole author of this post but it was great.

4. Best event that you participated in (author signings, festivals, virtual events, memes, etc.)?

Hands down, Bookcon 2016! It was the best bookish experience of my life.

5. Best moment of bookish/blogging life in 2016?

 Again, Bookcon 2016!

6. Most challenging thing about blogging or your reading life this year?

I think just figuring out a blogging schedule and setting aside enough personal time to get blogs prepped.

 

7. Most Popular Post This Year On Your Blog (whether it be by comments or views)?

I think out Blogiversary post was the most popular!

8. Post You Wished Got A Little More Love?

I think all bookish posts since that's the biggest reason we started this blog!

9. Best bookish discover (book related sites, book stores, etc.)?

I think my biggest discovering was Bookcon in general and connecting with other bookish people.

10.  Did you complete any reading challenges or goals that you had set for yourself at the beginning of this year?

I really struggled with Goodreads Challenge reading goal this year because sometimes it feels so daunting and like I have to succeed.  I decided to set a 25 book goal last year and I smashed that out of the park.
